I am pleasantly surprised by this dietary supplement which can be used throughout the cycle, and which helps regulate and improve feminine comfort. I suffer from premenstrual syndrome and the pain is sometimes severe: after two months of use, I can say that I am much better, especially in the period before my period. It's great! The only downside in my eyes is that you have to take a pill every day throughout the cycle. So I decided to use it as a three or four month course and take a break... I'll see if it works but in my opinion, it's worth trying because the pain is really relieved!
