Each capsule also provides 150.4 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 94 mg of DHA and 28.2 mg of EPA.

Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus*.

*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of 400 µg of folic acid for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.

Usage tips

1 capsule per day to be swallowed during a meal, throughout pregnancy.
