I can't say if my symptoms improved thanks to this supplement or thanks to my weight loss, but in any case I find the format great, it's very easy to use and on top of that I really like the taste (I mix the powder with 0% fromage blanc).
And unlike other supplements on the market, the recommended dose of inositol for women with PCOS is met, so I recommend this product. (4g per day)
